Great app. Saves on data. Easy to use

Lot of Wifi hotspots in my area. Great app to have when you need information and watch TV on the go.

It works excellent

The maps are much more current than Google maps. Works great. Hotspots are frequently updated due to Shaws aggressive implementation

It wont let me log in. I have to disable it and use cellular. Used to be automatic on my old phone. Even after I called Shaw it never worked right!

Catch 22 registration. I even went to a hot spot and couldnt log in. Log in page has no place to enter info. Username then customer ID then this and that. Couldnt create new email and didnt want new email just wanted to use Shaw hotspots. Stupid waste of time.

All my TELUS and Bell friends are jealous.

Easy to use

If youre a Shaw customer you can find one of MANY hotspots with this app. Great for those who need to find a cafe with good wifi as Shaws is better than pretty much all free wifi out there.

Offline availability is great. I seldom really need cellular data now!

I have tried everything to get this app to work. Even went to my Shaw account and manual added my iPod. Parked outside a business that is listed as being one of the hotspots. Nothing. Not impressed.

Great when you need wifi

Within the city I live in, it works well.

This app doesnt stay connected for me. Im beside 2 hot spots and have registered my device. Have full bars showing for network connection. Go into the app and my location is constantly moving around - even though Im stationary in one spot. Every time I try to use Internet, I get a message saying theres no internet connection. Have emailed and called support. Last Shaw person I spoke with said it would be escalated and someone would contact me. No one has so they were no help at all!!

Works like a charm. Have three devices on it. Its very convenient.

Disappointing that there are so many dead spots in and around the city. Its also disappointing that it constantly logs us out and then wont reconnect until we log in from home. Finally, when we do actually get connection, its often only 1-2 bars of signal. It could be a great asset, but as it currently is...its majorly flawed.

You need WiFi or the app wont show you where to get WiFi. Not helpful.

I have never been able to connect to the internet with this app. Have to turn off Wifi,no help from Shaw

Never works. I have to keep signing in and even though it says I have wifi I cant access the Internet.
