Waste of time!!

This app doesnt stay connected for me. Im beside 2 hot spots and have registered my device. Have full bars showing for network connection. Go into the app and my location is constantly moving around - even though Im stationary in one spot. Every time I try to use Internet, I get a message saying theres no internet connection. Have emailed and called support. Last Shaw person I spoke with said it would be escalated and someone would contact me. No one has so they were no help at all!!
